When a woman is in labour the pain can be that bad she cannot move. have you watched stuff like Call The Midwife? that show has shown us ladies giving birth in cars, toilets, street corners. When the baby is coming you gotta make the best of it that you can.

Lucy I have had two babies and every birth and every pregnancy is different. I hope you are aware this is a soap it's not real. But some do have quick births and good for them. X

me neither :( it would destroy everything they've built. seriously, people would be so weirded out if some random guy started playing "ollie" it wouldn't be the same character at all. also the addiction storyline is a consequence of previous storylines, so having a new guy play him people wouldn't have the type of sympathy that addicts deserve. And I also feel sorry for the new guy. I thought they cared about handling such tough subject matters delicately but I guess they don't. Let's just hope they change their minds and do everything in their power to take back this mistake or a lot of people are going to stop watching. they're already on shaky ground because of the racism:(

K W he can’t because we’ve already seen him in the flash forward episode and what happens to him! Plus they’d already filmed a lot of the scenes for the flash forward episode this year to make sure they match up. It’s gonna be weird not seeing Ollie in this year’s special episode when we’ve seen him in the previous one on New Year this year. His storyline is a big part of it along with the kids drug storyline and Juliet and Peri finally getting together. For some reason they’re not saying why the original actor isn’t on the show anymore whether he’s been fired or he’s just quit but they’ve had to scrap all of his scenes they’ve filmed and got to bring in a new actor to reshoot them! Something must have gone on behind the scenes because when they started production again the actor who played him was one of the first people who posted back to work photos and videos on social media and they’ve now all been removed.

I was looking forward to ollie's storyline all year:( I think I'm going to stop watching the soap :( even though I was an avid viewer for 5 years (age 14 to 19) // I'm heartbroken I can't believe this is happening - ollie was my favourite character and aedan is definitely my favourite actor

Have you ever been in labour? It’s the most painful thing a woman can go through especially without any pain relief. The last thing you want is someone touching you when you’re in that much pain with something the size of a melon trying to force it’s way out of your body and the small hole it’s gonna come out off!?! I’ve gone through this seven times in all including twins and no pain relief at all with the oldest which was stillborn and my oldest. I was attacking the staff, their father everytime a contraction came (they was the most painful apart from the pushing and births itself!) and apologised the next minute. I only had gas and air for the other four and they only helped ease the pain slightly and I acted the same with them didn’t want to be touched, and attacked anyone who tried touching me followed by me apologising everytime I did it!

Trisha C true but in the show’s context they’ve been shielding together so are safe to touch each other as was shown near the end of the clip although that was probably two people who have actually been together in lockdown and made it look like it was these two. In this scene it would have been the pain she was in that she made it clear not to touch her. I remember kicking a doctor in the face and bust his nose when my second alive (third) son was born. I was mid contraction and he went to see how far dilated I was and I yelled “no one fxxking touch meeeeee!” Felt his hand inside me and kicked him in the face while trying to close my legs. They ended up putting my legs in these metal things that they attached to the bed either side at the bottom to stop me from trying to close them or kicking anyone else. I don’t know why people say it gets easier and less painful the more children you have that’s just BS! After my twins I swore I’d never go through that pain again (my oldest son that was stillborn was only born early because I was hit by a drunk driver who mounted the sidewalk after driving down a one way street the wrong way and he swerved to miss the oncoming traffic and hit me along with 11 other people. He killed my son, an elderly woman and I almost died. So was already in a lot of pain when he caused me to go into labour!) I still went through it another 5 times and I definitely swore no more after the youngest was born. I wouldn’t change any of my kids for the world although the two youngest test my patience!
