Lithium grease would be my last choice as it will dry out and cake up and not the best grease to use on plastic or rubber as it is petroleum based. Lithium grease has its uses but this is not one of them. If the video is showing the removal of factory applied grease that grease is not lithium. For no more than what this head is it would be better to use dielectric compound or silicone grease.

Hi, thanks for the video, can you please tell me what's the difference between using white lithium grease and copper grease in this case? Thank you

Hi Erio, thanks for watch and sharing what I create! - Lithium grease is used in bearings where there are rollers, or balls under the load. - Copper Anti-seize grease, as the name suggests, is lead-free grease for use on the threaded connections of pipes, flanges and threaded fasteners that are subject to high temperatures and/or corrosive environments. Don't use copper grease on anything that moves (bearings etc), the copper particles are abrasive.

Hard to decide what is the worst part of this video. The music is terrible. The shaky and fast video is awful. The two combined makes my stomach upset. No narration? Do you actually shoot video or maybe just sell the stuff?
