@@justplzme I guess their point is you will never get better until you take steps to do so. Small, big, baby, whatever pushes you without sending you into a panic. Got through it myself (mostly) and am now helping my daughter the same way. In simple terms, much like the lottery, you can't win if you don't play! All that being said, for someone really struggling, this prank is no good..lol.
