Sadly these people are employees. So you would need to hack the bosses that have private secure accounts on idk how many countries, connections with officials, etc. Kinda like catching a dealer. You might catch a few, but you won't catch the big bosses. And even if you do, there will be 2 new ones the next day.

The algorithm on quantum computers can solve it in 10 seconds. This is one of the earliest known quantum computer algorithms. Another algorithm is quantum computer can do an unsorted search in the an order equivalent to the square root of the number of entries. The main issue today's quantum computers don't have enough bits, because its hard to maintain the quantum state long enough. But the number of bits has been steadily increasing. My guess is at some point there will be a fork that takes quantum computing into account. But not sure what that will entail. Maybe it will require the encryption itself to shift over to quantum computers. There's time, but its already known that quantum computers will break today's public key encryption very easily.
