RIZΞ_ AIRIER he doesn’t even edit his videos so that should tell you how much effort he puts on his videos. He just comes up with an idea and pays someone to film it and edit it. That’s why I respect his brother more. More caring and has a better work ethic.

A quadrilateral is actually any shape with 4 sides. In that case, the sides can be congruent or unequal.

But @@Ghingis00 , a square IS a quadrilateral, is it not? I would agree that quadrilateral is a polygon with 4 sides, yes. But when added the "unequal" qualifier, then by my understanding just quadrilateral does not cut it.

I think I would have preferred a more precise question since a polygon with 4 unequal sides doesn't necessarily have to have EXACTLY 4 sides. What if it's an octogon with 4 unequal sides? Maybe the question should have been: "A four-sided polygon where all sides are unequal can be called what?" And since "quadrilateral" is a very general term, and it does encompass more than one subset of quadrilaterals, it is going to be a correct answer. But I don't think it is the only correct answer. I'm thinking that "scalene quadrilateral" and "trapezoid" could also be correct answers. I don't have time now to research this more, but feel free to correct my understanding here.
