This one hit right in the middle of my chest. First off, you're so strong. Sharing something like this with the rest of the world takes copious amounts of courage. I applaud you for that. I understand how you feel right now. When I nearly drowned two years ago, I made it out alive. My friend, though, could not. I know how it feels to lose someone who helped you become a better version of yourself. It might be a bit late for this, given that this is 3 months old, but I just want you to know that you're not alone.
