Sell both combines then buy a newer Lexion with a corn header and a regular header and then use SOME of money left over to start paying off the loan.

That JD combine you borrowed earlier would be a good replacement. Sell the others and get a nice JD combine that can get around the small roads but suits your needs. Build a new larger workshop over the existing silo as it already has solid walls, just needs a roof and taller walls. Or build new one. Buy more land for yourself. Pay off the loan.

Hi FSG! Nice episode! I think you could sell the New Holland and get something newer, but I don't think you should get something too big nor sell both combines. These are narrow roads and gates. For the bigger fields you can use both combines to expedite the contract, and for the not so big ones, you can run 2 crews doing 2 contracts at the same time, very useful in harvest "rush hour". So, that's why Davie broke your equipment... it wasn't Ford! He's a Ford fanboy! 😂 Take care sir, thanks for your hard work!

He just needs to get one the right size👍 two combines is overkill for the current operation,and this area. And neither really do it on their own.

I’m at odds with what seems the popular opinion as I would sell the New Holland combine and keep the Claas. You don’t have many harvesting jobs so 2 combines is over kill, there’s almost a case for not having either and leasing 1 for the harvest jobs. Spending a lot of money on a new 1 doesn’t make much sense, nor does buying a bigger combine as the area is too tight. Just my thoughts on the matter. Keep up the great work and call in on Charles and see if his new worker needs some new trousers 👍👍

Near the end of this episode you commented on how well it was going. Usually that ends in a bad way for you. Glad to see that your luck has changed somewhat. Another great episode as always. I would say sell both combines.

I would stay with two combines and run two crews. No need for anything bigger given the size of the fields and gates.

Sell both combines for a larger one and sell the power harrow and get a cultivator as power harrows are used for breaking down ploughing for a nice seed bed

Sell the combines. You need and deserve a better combine. I know you're limited on size,but claas or new holland would be a good choice.😊

Sell both combines and get yourself into a nice new John Deere T-Series. It'll keep the straw in great condition for you to bale afterwards as it doesn't use a rotor like many of the competitors do.

@@charlieherbert1781 good thing all his farm fields are less than a mile away. I also can't find this being a common problem with the T-Series combines. I found a few bulletins for the 7700's, but not for the T's. I also checked a few forums to see if anyone had found this to be a problem and I still found nothing. It seems very odd to me that it would overheat while traveling and not while under load at slow speeds.

@@whiskey-sierra the track system is the part to overheat, we run a lexion 8900 and t670 and 3/4 of the way in moving yard have to stop for abit to let tracks cool down where the lexion is fine, similar happens on 8rx we used to have

@charlieherbert1781 okay, that makes sense. I didn't consider tracks being a culprit for overheating, I thought you meant the machine itself. I can definitely see the rubber getting a little toasty at road speeds.

That😂a great contract with a nice payment. I'm so frustrated that my Fs22 don't work anymore. Can't go into construction shop production/selling point anymore. Loading item it says and I can't close the shop menu or anything, just rotate the camera. Have to force close the game. So frustrating

Id stick to two machines and get matching width headers. That way you can run two contracts at the same time or run them both in the same field.

Hi FSG I think you should sell both combines and then invest in a newer combine I still think a electric fence of single wire stretched across the fate at night with a low voltage running just enough to give the thief a kick in the butt.

I say keep the lexion and get a bigger combine for larger fields. Still a great option to be running 2 combines. Even if you run them in the same fields.

Is it possible to drive the forage harvester and the ai driver to follow? I don't know how, I think it is frustrating that I can't drive the forage harvester but only follow in tractor

Yes just use Autodrive on the tractors but instead of using courseplay for the forage harvester you can drive it 😊👍
