Hiiii you didn't tell abt clutch plate & battery change. I live in Nanganallur. I've 2015 white Gixxer. My odo recently crossed 60k. As you said service is very poor here. I know little mechanics i decided that not to give service to anybody. I do all service for my bike. So far I've done front disk caliper O ring & pad change rear brake pads, clutch & acceleration cable. Valve adjustment & so on. You don't believe me. I used my rear stock tyre for 45k kms & front tyre for 50k kms. Replaced my stock sprocket @ 40k. Using diamond heavy duty sprocket now & no issues. I always use Diesel to clean the chain every 700 kms & use gear oil for lube & will top-up every 250 kms. No issues for me.

You won't feel that much vibration for sure. After 105, you will feel a light vibration on the foot peg.

No it's not that much good from your stock rear tyre It makes some uncomfortable to pillion and cornering ability You will not get confidence to use rear brake frequently some time you may through out of the corners It's is suitable only for tall riders with some more weight

140/70 is the not the correct segment. Mostly your mileage will decrease and odo errors also will be shown. Better stick with 140/60 or 150/60
