That all sounds great could you post a list of any officers fired, charged, relieved of duty, under disciplinary rivew and why along with the charges pending, sustained and dismissed in the past 5 years? That would be helpful in making an informed decision. Thanks.

All fun and games until they’re violating your constitutional rights

Seems like this agency could care less about reaching out for cultural diversity among their officers. You all mentioned successful recruiting which I give this agency a giant "F". Even the Chief himself says he wants someone who is a good fit, meaning as long as they're the right skin color. No Asians, no Hispanics, no East Indian, and definitely no African Americans. Regardless of the makeup of your community, you the Chief as a leader should recognize that your agency is doing a poor job recruiting in other regions, cities or even states. Cultural diversity among this agency is terrible and I'm sure the Chief is intentionally keeping it that way. If you're a minority driving through this city, it's guaranteed that you won't make it out without something on your record.
