As much as I'd love to finally get the foraging update, I gotta say, this is really cool. The amount of new places, mobs, NPCs, materials and gear makes the game feel more like a proper RPG, which is definitely a breath of fresh air in comparison to the monotonous grinds like farming or dungeons

also, a jasper drill X can reach BP 9 and WITHOUT polarvoid books. You can even get BP 9 from gemstone drill (t2/4) with 1 polarvoid.

@@nickszns you hit hotm 7 way before youd manually get 655 as a Iman, so thats a reason to consider the other drills but yeah more likely youd use a 455 with the polarvoid or the gemstone gauntlet since gemstone drill wont help for the 2 non gemstone ores

@@martindjambov7289 you know how some quit and come back rich years later? I’m just taking that a step further by forging 5 perfects a day, refilling my slow but profitable composter twice a day and as I said AFKing bits. It makes 30m a day in total which is almost 1b per month with just 20 minutes of actual activity per day because I find skyblock boring. People say if it’s not fun don’t play it which minus the daily few minutes, it’s technically what I’m doing Also not playing the game like it was supposed? Mojang never intended for Minecraft to be played on a public server for 10000 hours anyway so I don’t get your point

@@martindjambov7289 I’m just burnt out of skyblock but I still plan to play it the intended way in the future. It’s just a middle ground between quitting skyblock and actually playing the game. And since divans is 2b now assuming the update doesn’t come out for a month I’ll have another 1b. If not I’ll mine with my 7k mining speed 2k mining fortune and 16 pristine to afford it with the new gemstones

i do hope they tought of adding an easier way to get glacite jewels, seeing the amount of bejweled handles needed, and how the glacite mobs in the dwarven mines already creates situations just as toxic as zealots.. this gives me chills xd

I think all bodies can drop the enchants. The "best" overall guys are the blue guys in the divan-reskin armor. They can only take skeleton keys!

Thing is tho, they release so much cool stuff onto alpha - we are currently waiting on primal dragons and the new mayor system (which we haven't even seen yet), and ofc the foraging update. Why release more stuff instead of just focusing on those til they release? Instead of tempting us and getting us hyped for smth that will most likely take weeks or even months, even if they just gave us a release date for it it would be nice

I hope when 1.0 comes out (if that is ever) that Skyblock will have a better progression system as it is, considering most ingame guides are completely off, proving the devs have no idea how to play their own game at this point. The polish of all the updates is as always jaw-dropping though, good on them!
