Without taking away the magic of the film itself, this is a great commentary. (I remember going back to Reception & buying a ticket to watch it again, never did that since. Such a great film)!

Ridley's words at the end there, actually that is an awesome reminder / lesson to ALL of us when we want to criticise someone ... we don't know what they are actually going through, what their situation actually is, so don't judge !!!!!

Nossa esse general, escravo e gladiador é tudo de maravilhoso, já assisti diversas vezes esse filme, e não me canso. Comprei no Prime vídeo; Hobin Hood, só para ver o Russell atuar e cavalgar. Para mim é a mais bela imagem da interação entre um homem e um cavalo, é Russel Crowe cavalgando. E está perfeito como Robin. Eu volto muita vezes para ver as cenas. Amo de paixão esse ator, e já assisti todos os seus filhotes. Tem um muito bom "72 Horas". E todos que não for livre para assistir, eu compro. Outros três atores que eu admiro muito" são; Joaquim Fênix, Javier Bardem e Richard Gere, maravilhosos, para mim é um grande prazer assisti-los atuando. Este quarteto é perfeito!

and 2day??? Its all CGI and Green Screen ....those movies back then were worth it to pay the price of a Cinema ticket. Those were the days of real achievement in filming.....but today? No😢😢😢
