No, i totally understand what you are saying. I think its because how our culture is now watching movies. Its a hype type of song. I do not think that it will be in the movie though, might just be the trailer. I do not expect this to be nearly as good as the original movie though. I will just take whatever is it is and wait for it to just be another movie. Gladiator original is a movie for me that changed my mind into wanting to become a filmmaker. and holy hell does it make me motivated and just puts you into a zone...
