I didn't know the creator first, but people says in the comments that it's by: DJ Ruboy.
Best remix out there, in my opinion. It's remixed of the song "Now We Are Free" from the movie "Gladiator". Soundtrack is made originally by Hans Zimmer.

@alex11tur I respect your opinion and actually the musician's intent for trying something new as well. I actually like techno to a certain extend, its quite fun and groovy; but to turn this epic song into techno, it just feels wrong. The original song to me feels like something sacred, something divine, a place where you can reach for inner strength when all seems to fail because your spirit refuses to give up. Not many songs evoke such powerful emotions. I dont mean to offend anyone, :) thx
