I can't believe there are comments about lip synching here. It is a live concert with a live band & she is clearly singing live without the aid of todays tech enhancements. The simple explanation is Gladys was that good. At her peak in this era no-one, but no-one topped her. A beautiful & supremely talented woman. The Pips ain't no slouches either.

I cannot get enough of this clip. Gladys Knight is a diamond! She shines bright with her immense talent, and showmanship. Her emotions and actions authentically match the song she is singing.
