Most people who talk about MBBs are the ones who left within 2 years. For people who dont know. 2 years in the time where you either move up or move out. Its not like the traditional job where you can in a role for years

They would not have been paid so much if they had not been solving big problems and saving money. As simple as that. Look at how much these consulting companies make.

The most ridiculous thing about consulting is you get paid peanuts for the work you do. Yes, you travel business class and earn airline miles and stay at best hotels but your paycheck is still very less comparatively.

@@InsideIIMKonversations : It was a very high paying jobs in 90s and early 2000s. Tech companies started paying more. An avg FAANG software engineer earns 2x more than them and has more independence and freedom to manage his time and doesn't have "billing hours" and timesheets.

@@kumarsubash6167 that British Colonial Mentality of """Nothing in front of""" has to die of, If you want this country to progress. Because in reality everybody is just doing their Job, but people like you still glorify these "Civil Servants" who has looted this country for 100+ years (huge bribery, Corruption and red Tapism). That's why Indian Bureaucracy is considered as the worst in the world, because they themselves (IASes) and certain OLD and British Mentality people still consider them "GODS".

Oh comeon this man worked for 2 years and left and act as if he knows everything. First two years mei you are just doing research and making reports. You are not taking decisions or are using your brains to make strategy. Atleast be a manager or a partner before you give insights about a industry. It's like me being an analyst in A bank and telling you the in's and out's of the entire industry

2 years job krke nikalne bkchodi jyaada maarte h ,, atleast spend 5-7years then its something . 2 saal mai to 20projects bhii nahi krpaate achese ,and without doing atleast 100 projects ,u cant become an expert
