Obviously I can't speak for everyone as there are different reasons behind everything, however it would make sense that most peoples sleep schedules start changing when being more productive or creative. You stay up later and later each day getting stuff done, being in the moment. Which then forces you to sleep in later (if possible for some people), and you keep on that cycle until your sleep pattern has flipped. This used to happen to me a lot, where I would stay up later and later each night reading, until I was eventually reading until the sun came out, and sleeping until dinner time.

Masked Marvel very true, you have things going around your head that you need to get out haha, you have to force yourself to get up early even if you've only had a few hours and stay up alllllll day, I hate it when I get like this.

moonlit sakura1 She explained that in her previous video. She doesn't see a point in it but she doesn't want to have one blank week in her planner since she didn't get to plan for that week

Elle has mentioned before that she also uses her planner as a diary/journal, so that she can look back at certain things that have happened. It can also be hard to plan ahead of time, so I imagine filming a week that has already happened can be a lot easier

The Truman Show screwed me up hahaha! For a long time after I watched it I would get paranoid that I was on a hidden reality tv show 😂(I was like 11 BTW haha)
