I was born in Glasgow, 1948, ran away in 1966. As a wee boy I played in the only green grass around which was the Graveyard of Glasgow Cathedral as I lived close beside it. Glad to see Auld Glesga has become such a great City during the decades I have been away. I still belang tae Glesga though.

I ADORE people of Glasgow .. they are so friendly, helpful, full of life, and spreading positive energy everywhere .. been living here for 3 years, and I can easily say that Glasgow is the friendliest city I have ever been to .. Lovely Travelogue. As an Englishman who now lives in Argyll and is starting to explore Glasgow I can confirm that it is a fascinating and surprising city full of stunning architecture. I've fallen for this city slowly but in a big way, and I can confirm that Glaswegians are cracking folk. I look forward to my next visit.

The best attraction in this city happens to be the people who live there. From London to Paris and in between, no other city has the friendliness that the people of Glasgow have. I've traveled to more cities than I can recall... Glaswegians take #1 spot. Love from across the big Pond.

Lovely Video, Studies and hence lived here on and off for 4 years. The underbelly at Gorbals , the glasgow " flats " , Numerous Curry Houses , The Glasgow Underground, The Lovely Train Station, the ever present Rain, Having a pint on the banks of the mother Clyde, Watching the traffic at Charing Cross , Walk at Glasgow Greens, The lovely Scot Accent and friendly people, soggy legs and chilly wind are somethings u missed in the video. GLASGOW is one of the finest cities in the world. ❤️.

Sister spent several years in Glasgow. Niece born there, Scottish Godmother & so on. Family reasons necessitated return to Australia. Rating Scotland - obviously Glasgow in particular - with other countries we have connections to, namely, Greece, France & here. Friendliness of people, quality of institutions. Her verdict, Glasgow wins hands down.

Naw Ade, that is actually an iconic landmark here in Glasgow. It's a piss take of the colonial english establishment ..It has never been revoked ( it has been tried by the police), it is always there, sometimes they're multiple cones and on the horse too.
