Thanks for the tip on using wire suspended by kiln posts to glaze all over the acorns. Wonderful work.

Things always take longer than we think it will and should. I think we enjoy the process. If we rush, there will be mistakes. You are a perfectionist. Your work is beautiful, fun and unique! Wow, six hours dancing. You get so much done!

100% agree! The best is to be okey with them taking as long as they need. I’m always reminding myself about it! Sometimes it’s not that easy to apply but… it is better to accept it 🤪I’m definitely a perfectionist on my way to destroy perfection! I’ve been working on changing that for a while now and honestly it has been amazing! To accept to try to play to discover things without the need of focus only on the outcome! ✨ Thank you so much for the comment I’m happy to know that you like my work! And yeah I had a crazy month with all the dancers and pottery work! But I feel so lucky! Sending you so much love

Yayy, all your pot babies made it out safe and sound! 🎉🎉 Did you have any kiln gods that looked over them? 😊

yeahhh I'm so happy! I think few of them were looking over the pieces and me, which is highly appreciated!🤪🥳 And your energy I'm sure it helped too. To have you all here coming back and supporting it definitely makes it warmer and easier! 🫶

I feel the same way about time!! It’s crazy how time just gets away from you. I love the way you save ALL of the glaze you can! I do as well. Your acorns are soooo dang cute. For some reason I’ve always loved acorns and pinecones! lol. How cool that you’re a dancer!! You have to show us some moves during your videos!! THEY ALL TURNED OUT PERFECTLY!!! Yaaay! So happy for you!! May I ask what the black things are that you put your pots on in the kiln? I’ve never seen stilts like that! What are they made of? I LOVE the way you make the handles and ears so they feel nice to drink from! All the little details are so awesome!! And the ring holders!! How fun!!

So happy to see that I’m not the only one experiencing time differently hahahah we are living in our own reality 🤪 I also love the shape of the acorns, it has been a while since I wanted to try them and now I just can’t stop making them! I’m happy to see that you’ll love to see some dancing! I need to see how to connect both dance and pottery, it would be cool! I got those stilts in my pottery store, here in Spain are quite common. Maybe it is just the way we do it in here, not sure. Don’t you have those stilts too? Yeah it is so important to make them comfortable to grab and drink from! So I make sure while making them to feel them right!✨ I’m really happy with the results!! And thanks for your time and comments 🫶🫶

@@terrahumida I can’t wait to see how you dance and make pottery lol. We have stilts here but nothing like to ones you have. Are the ones you have metal? If you could show them in your next video I would love to see them. Ours are made out of clay and have little pieces of metal sticking out of them. The only problem is that the pieces of metal, pins, bend at cone 6 and ruin pieces. Thanks so much for your time as well.

Time isn't real when I'm potting, sometimes things are done so fast I can't believe it other times it takes me a whole month from start to finish 😅 I love the glaze on the ring holders, the ones with the touch of amber colouring on the facial features are to die for. In the video you didn't seem to sieve the glaze you made up, is that normal for you? I was always taught to sieve my glaze 3 times when possible.

100% agree! It is just impossible to control time or even guess how much it is going to take some of the steps. Even the same step can take a month some times and some others half of it 🤪 Thanks, this is a green glaze that is always reacting differently depending on the placement of the pieces inside the kiln. Since it is exactly the same one used for some of the mugs and they look completely different. I did siege the glaze but I did not recorded it cause I did not have battery left on the camera! Silly me, I forgot to charge it! 😅✌️
