Unemployment and drugs addiction has increased so much in gulbarga that the kind of cases we heard those happened in Northern part of India are happening in gulbarga too. It's the failure of judiciary system to curb the drug abuse and failure of the ruling government to provide adequate employment. Also gulbarga and it's surroundings has no contribution towards industrial sector in more than 7 decades all thanks to the political leaders and their parties. Gulbarga which was known for its education, even that is now deteriorating day by day. The future of gulbarga seems to be in dark with all this kind of arrangements.
