There is absolutely nothing Rachel ever sang on Glee that Lea cannot (and have not) done even better live. She is incredible. Plus, in the first couple of seasons she was asked to hold back at times because her character was only supposed to be 15-16 years old. She's insanely good. I don't know how much about everything that's been said about her personality in real life is true, but her talent is undeniable.

Those of us who want Hannah to react to certain episodes, reply to this so it can all be in one place. Lmfao at this point just name the stuff you don’t want her to react to 😅

You HAVE to review Rachel singing To Love You More by Celine Dion. It's UNBELIEVABLE! I shared it with my vocal coach a while back and she was astounded. 😍

I actually really liked this bc when she sings this song later in the show it’s so much more mature sounding and strong, and so given that she was an adult in both, it’s cool to see that she changed how she sang it to match how a sophomore in high school might have sounded, vs the young adult she was supposed to be in later seasons

Girl ANY of the Warbler performances will amaze you. It's mostly accapella and they sound SO good

Lea Michele is a Broadway kid so she will have a lot of the cry in her voice and follow that style of singing.

One of my favourite Glee songs is Happy Days Are Here Again/Get Happy sung by Lea Michele and Chris Colfer! It's their cover of the duet originally done by Barbra Streisand and Judy Garland, and it's absolutely breathtaking! Also I recommend their Nationals set from season 3 episode 21, they do Edge of Glory, It's All Coming Back to Me Now, and Paradise by the Dashboard Light and it is phenomenal!

Thank you for mentioning her cries, she does it a lot and I'm afraid it takes away from her performances. She never misses a note of course, but still she's overusing them. I think her best work on Glee is Uninvited. Honestly, you shoukd check it out, you'll love it. She cuts down on the cries, she adds a lot of rasp, she does some excellent mixing and is very steady with her chest voice, even though she could have very easily gone for her usual heady clean Broadway style any day. What I like about that performance is that she isn't just, you know, pitch perfect. She also makes the right artistic choices in her rendition, and as far as Glee is concerned, this isn't always the case.

New York State of Mind with Rachel and Marley singing, since you've watched Flash Musical Episod, Marley is played by the same actress of Kara Zor El. But for an other song from Rachel, "To Love you more" is one of my favorite, and she killed it. One of my favorite Glee songs! It reminds me of when I was in high school show choir, and we were doing our Christmas concert our director had us begin a song in the audience, and since we weren't under the stage mics we had to sing out, so I did, and the person I was standing next to in the audience literally turned to me and told me to shut up. It just made me sing louder lol.

Paradise by the dashboard light is another top favourite, this and happy days are two of my favourite songs by glee and my favourite performances. Btw, I am loving your voice!
