whenever I watch this particular performance, I always end up watching Jesse... bc this is one of the few (possibly only???) properly choreographed and put together performances he ever did while part of New Directions...and in this particular period of time, he was into Rachel but still working with Shelby to reunite mother and daughter, this was pre-betrayal and return to Vocal Adrenaline...so I always wonder what his thoughts are during this number...like is he all "oh cool just jamming out" or is he thinking how "technically imperfect and inferior" the dance is in comparison to Vocal Adrenaline's aggressively perfect choreography??? hmm...yeh..
