Hey Max, I just can't see this for $360,000, It reminds me of Old School, That Kitchen, Those Bathrooms. Down in the Basement in the Laundry Room, The Installation is coming out and what's with the Plastic cover. Plus you have to Walk to get to your Mailbox, Which is a Bummer 😞 😕. Still a Nice Presentation Max!

@jillmarshall4718 I say to myself and I also told him this too, that a lot of properties he shows are nice. However there are properties that are shown. I know 100% are not worth the money. I have been studying real estate for years. When someone says $400 thousand for siding for a house and still has to put work into it absolutely not. This townhouse is way overpriced and dated.

@@queennjinga3748 You are smart enough to go into Real Estate, And you would be very Successful. People have to understand about Buying a Home. Just because the house looks good on the inside and outside, Doesn't mean it's worth the price. As I told Max, This Townhouse is not worth the Price. But he has shown other homes that were worth the price.
