We need you to interview everyone and do every junket as you actually ask creative questions that make the cast and creatives think and also questions they won't have been asked by everyone else on the junket. You can tell they were shocked someone actually had done their research and knew their stuff. Just incredible.

this is what happens when the people involved have respect and enthusiasm about their work, these people, especially Will LOVE romcoms and have put everything into it. Dermot doing a an emotionally punching monologue about the importance of romcoms and how they signify love to the audience... could we ask for more. he'd be happy to be interviewed by you

I would be absolutely beside myself talking to Dermot. I'd have to reel myself in and not just recite a bunch of Wedding Date quotes to him. 🤭 It makes me so happy to know that he has such a deep understanding of how much rom coms mean to people. I wish more people knew that. I can't stand when people dismiss the genre like it's something superficial. The best ones will be deeply cherished by their fans.

I was already on board, because my favorite Shakespeare play is Much Ado About Nothing. To hear them affirm their concern and care for the source material is so heartening. I'm so happy you got this junket. Excellent work!

I lovvvvvvvvved that Will was putting in so much work to add quotes from the source material but he could also tell THE TRUTH which is that the original play doesn't believe women and that original-Benedick is very much a product of his time. 😂 Only a week+ to go and then you can finally see it! 📚❤️‍🔥

You asked great questions and it's clear to see how comfortable these three felt with you ❤️ I'm really looking forward to seeing the movie but unfortunately it won't be released in Germany until mid-January 🥺🥹😍

Wow, thank you! And don’t worry, the film will be worth the wait! I don’t know how all of those things work with later roll-outs for different markets/regions but as long as people show up whenever it’s available to them, it will be a success and we can hopefully get even more rom coms back at the cinema! 🥳

man i've been watching your content for a few months (i think it's almost been a year now actually! it went by so fast!) and your interview questions are always so refreshing to hear because you can tell that you've actually done your background research and tried to come up with questions that actually mean something to the cast and aren't just like,,, questions you'd ask as ice breakers LOL! i mostly lurk but i really enjoy your content and i love how much effort you actually put into your work

Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuu, I spent a good chunk of time pulling the quotes I'd found from the movie and scribbled into my notes, and looking them up to verify where they came from (which is how I confirmed that one was a Romeo & Juliet quote) and in general I put a lot of time trying to research, brainstorm, curate the questions since my time was limited, match certain topics across both interviews for the sake of editing them back-to-back in post... it was a lot of stuff so I appreciate you noticing. 😂

You can just see the appreciation on all of their faces that you understand and appreciate their artistry 🥰 I almost don’t want to go to other interviews because I feel like their questions will be generic… but I gotta support this movie now! (Thank you for continuing to introduce me to amazing movies that wouldn’t have been on my radar)

@@Jillian_Emma It’s a delicate balance for me because I don’t want to “overly explain” the tech of the system because I think it can be off-putting to a casual audience. 😂 Checking the notifications and switching the setting to “all” notifications is an option, occasionally going and checking a channel to see what you may have missed is also an option… and not just for ME specifically. This is something you can apply to plenty of other channels depending on what they’re creating and to what extent you’re interested in their topics and perspective. 🔍🤓

This is such a good interview!! And so nice to watch an interview done by someone knowledge with demonstratable media literacy. It's so frustrating whenever I watch a movie and then have a specific question about the adaptation process, or the intertextuality, or anything more technical, and then none of the interviewers ask anything original or remotely close to relevant to the themes of the movie. Or, worse, when the actors' answers are so clearly directing them down a path of deeper analysis, and they decide to pass it up in favour of a question everyone else has already asked. So, reiterate, great interview.
