He made the most of this nord Hammond despite the problems with the base pedals giving no sound when tried to use them. Great 👍 job and a very attentive audience!

If you were there you would be even more impressed. It’s so loud and I was standing right next to the organ. Inches from him and you couldn’t hear almost anything. Glenn pulled it off. The organ bass pedals weren’t even hooked up and we plugged them in. Half the speakers weren’t even working until his set almost ended. His talent is remarkable

One of the things most people don't realize is that musicians like Glenn Gibson Jr. likely learned to play DTWS(during the worship service) in places of worship where the instruments were almost always in some state of disrepair, but the worship leaders weren't even about stop service for musicians to fix the issue. Closer to the truth is that many churches either don't have access to can't afford the upkeep needed to keep their instruments in good working order. So the musicians learned to soldier on; playing instruments with missing keys, broken parts, blown speakers, etc. Rest assured: Glenn's not gonna stop blazing just because the gear is messed up. Mark of a real pro...

Now it's more greatness in playing out of context. Meaning avoid any note that belongs to the harmony currently being played.
