I. Perilous Times (2 Tim. 3: 1-5 [also Matt. 8: 28]) “perilous” = fierce
A. Root problem:
1. Decline in human character
2. Corruption progresses to total rottenness
B. God’s answer: a new creation
C. Main evil forces at work

2. Love of money (1 Tim. 6: 10)
3. Love of pleasure
4. All have a form of godliness = Christians, but deny the power of God; from
such turn away
II. The Cross Is The Power Of God (1 Cor. 1: 18)
A. Follow Jesus (Matt. 16: 24-25)
1. Deny yourself = deal with your self-pleasing ego
2. Take up cross
3. You cannot follow Jesus without these two steps
B. Be a disciple: Hate father and mother = hate anything that comes between yourself and being a disciple (Luke 14: 25-27)
III. Features Of This Present Age (2 Tim. 3 :8-9)
A. Opposition from the occult-First three miracles of Moses and Aaron were duplicated by magicians-Satan can produce miracles
B. Evil men and impostors (actually enchanters) (2 Tim. 3: 13)
IV. What Is Our Response? (2 Tim. 3: 14-17)
A. The source of our victory: the Scripture = God’s truth put down in writing
B. Preach the word!
1. These signs will follow the preaching of the gospel (Mark 16: 15-18)
2. Preaching of the word will bring signs and wonders (Acts 4: 29-30)
3. Signs and wonders are God’s witness to the preached word (Acts 14: 3)
4. Signs, wonders, miracles and gifts (Heb. 2: 2-4)
5. Eyewitnesses and ministers (= servants) of the word (Luke 1: 1-2). It is dangerous to seek signs and wonders apart from the Word of God.
C. Be watchful in all things
D. Endure afflictions
E. Do the work of an evangelist
F. Fulfill your ministry-whatever you’re called to do-do it, and do it with all your heart

To try to weave in the spinning globe earth and heliocentric model of the universe with the Bible will not work. Modern astronomy is a pseudoscience and is irreconcilable with biblical cosmology and prophecy. The Bible clearly teaches that the earth is stationary flat and enclosed with a firmament separating the waters below from the waters above.

Although it is sad for us that he passed, I am so happy form im, andDavid Wilkerson, Leonard Ravenhill and others who were true men of God and God deemed they did not have to go through the perilous times ahead of us all. I am thankful to God for taking them home, and allowing them to graduate. They had already done enough for his kingdom . Now it is our turn.

Anyone who desires to hsve a good Christian foundation should study under Derek Prince. He is a clean and clear minister of the word. His teaching on "Divine Exchange" is something I still apply to myself; and often use on evangelism our there in the streets.

Giorgina, I have listened to him too for excellent spiritual insights. I’m thinking you will also like to hear another British teacher who recently passed onto glory-David Pawson. He is also a scholar of the Bible and explains wonderfully the books of the Bible.

Possibly the greatest teacher of Jesus of the 20th century. Certainly the best I have ever heard (outside the Bible) and I have read many books by many great saints. This Brother Derek Prince was a great man of God in my opinion a very great man indeed because of Jesus in him. He teaches like the Bible teaches. His teachings explain and remind me of the Bible and those who wrote it. God wrote it. And I believe God spoke through this great brother Derek. I wish he were still alive but I am glad he has gone Home as well. I hope to meet him one day maybe when all things have been made new and beautiful and we stand carefree yet care filled in the Light of our Maker. Till then Brother Derek God bless your many children and students. Grace and Peace be to you all in the knowledge and the Truth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Maybe that is why nobody likes me or wants to hang out w me and calls me crazy. Cuz I open my vessel to the Holy Spirit and I believe it has been around teaching me since , I played the Virgin Mary, in a play, as a child and I believe it this is when and where it happened.

we are not to judge. that's the Lord's department. i'm no better than anyone else, just as guilty of sin as the next guy. repenting daily, prayers whether in tongues or not, we are not to judge,,but to discern the spirits with prayer. i used to goof with darkness before Jesus took me out of it, and transformed me by His Blood washing my sins. I didn't get tongues with the enemy, but from the Holy Spirit. Pray for the souls that are lost, especially in these endtimes.

It is such a horrible feeling be in an stage of mind of thinking is the end, feeling helpless, emptiness, and else, perhaps to have the privilege of been deliver to a new beginning it’s important to pass through those emotions and feelings, if they don’t harm the flesh, they are planting the roots to appreciate the mercy, justice, joy, greedinesslss, of a Heavenly Kingdom healing our heart, and thoughts allowing us to flow through strategies while we see a Satanic’s structure falling apart.
