1. You have have to have two swords ability equiped to a knight. 2. The item in the right hand cant just be anything, it has to be a shield. 3. The sword you want duplicated must be in the left hand. 4. You should quit fitting everything but the duplicated item so that you only pay 10 gil for your "Save the queen, Excalibur, etc."

you don't need two swords to do the sword and shield dupe glitch. and actually the best person to do this trick with is Orlandu because he can carry most of the blade weapons in the game, so you can dupe ninja and katana swords. you only have to put the best gear on and the the best shield in his right hand and the best sword on his left hand and just keep putting a crappy shield or sword in the shop and then hit the best fitting, cancel and go again to the fitting section, and rinse and repeat. you don't even have to buy anything either. you can't do this glitch in the PSP version, but that game is so nerfed and easy, you don't need to do cheats in it to get a better chance.

Geomancer works if you start with the first skill and tab down from there to local quake, get another 150jp and start at the top and tab down to local quake again even though it is already purchased.

This works on all classes that are like this. Some are a little trickier to do cause they won't work right off the bat like that like the time mage but if you land on the right greyed out skill it will work.

I believe I've seen it work without the two swords ability. Also, you can remove everything from the best fitting except the duplicate sword and only pay the 10 gil

You dont gotta buy the "best" sword in the shoo when duping swords you can remove it and they'll have both unique swords right there and soend 10 gil

For the job skills, as long and the page scrolls down and you are on a skill you can't afford it should work. Like with the chemist in your example you could move the page around to get it to work with the echo grass. I haven't played anything beyond the original PS game so idk about any other versions.

Don't need 2 swords. If you want to dupe a sword/knight sword/spear/axe/longbow, then just go to Dorter and "try on" a shield over the weapon, then "try on" a shield on the other hand, then select "best fit" and back out to the main shop menu. To dupe pretty much everything else, put on equip shield and go to Lesalia and do the same double "try on" trick with a shield.

ive done these glitches in the vanilla version, it actually works but i have the game on pc, so its no point on trying this now, even tho the glitch is still in the scripts of the root of the game but if anyone is playing the vanilla version, this is a must try out

The weapon (or shield) must be "best quality" for your place in the game and you put it into your left hand. Equip something worse than what you have available with the shop in the fitting room, then Best Fit them to put back their better gear. Note: they must have the best armor and helmet available unless you quit fitting them. I do it the first time I'm out of the first fight to build up the money to hire the soldiers to make my best group.

the silly and horrible translation in the english copy is so adorably funny, and it gives off the vibe of the OG Final fantasy in a way, its as if the translators wanted this game to be riddled with hilarious translation simplifications, or for the characters to speak simplicitly as if they were actual children. (Since most of the characters are under the age of 20 and would make sense)

I couldn't believe that this duplicate glitch also works on WotL on the PPSSPP version but very dissatisfied how the JP glitch was botched from WotL. I have a save file early in chapter 1 - Magick city gariland but I used the character's classes Jobs #unlock just to equip the support ability dual wield (ninja) on the squire LH - dagger RH - broadsword and with +15 K Gil's during grinding in mandalia plains that I was able to perform the duplicate glitch. Edit : 5:40 & 7:20 is where you haven't tried to activate the JP glitch on a purchased ability. Black mages & Geomancers have it's own issues but if you scroll down to a unpurchased or purchased ability ( it depends on where ability number in order from bottom to top ) you need to save before experimenting which ability can add or subtract a certain amount of JP or unlock 0000/9999 and yes geomancers JP can glitch to 0000 even if you calculate what ability falls on the other ability that was purchased for 0150 .
