You will need the Saab GlobalTIS iso file and the keygen. Both can be found on the SaabCentral forum: www.saabcentral.com/threads/t...
If you use the link above, download and extract !Saab Global TIS 2010-1!.zip which contains the setup.exe and keygen. The ISO mounting step does not apply.

0:07 Launch the GlobalTIS setup
0:28 Keep clicking Next. Don't change any settings
1:30 Eject the ISO file (optional)
1:46 Open GlobalTIS and fill out the dealership data (all fields must be filled in, but it doesn't matter what you type in)
2:06 Download the PDF file with the registration key
2:25 Open registration.pdf in the Downloads folder
2:40 Copy/paste the key into Notepad, then remove the line break and dashes
3:10 Install Java (C:\Program Files (x86)\GlobalTIS\tomcat\webapps\ROOT\jre-6u12-windows-i586-p.exe)
3:50 Copy keygen.bat and keygen.class from the keygen directory into C:\Program Files (x86)\GlobalTIS\tomcat\webapps\tis2web\WEB-INF\lib
4:40 Add to the "Path" system environment variable: C:\Program Files (x86)\GlobalTIS\jre\bin.
5:20 Open Command Prompt. Type cd C:\Program Files (x86)\GlobalTIS\tomcat\webapps\tis2web\WEB-INF\lib and press enter
5:50 Type keygen.bat, press spacebar, then copy/paste the registration key from Notepad (key must be one continous string of characteres, no dashes or line breaks)
6:05 Open GlobalTIS. Copy the subscriber ID and license key from the command prompt into the respective fields, then click register
6:35 Log out of GlobalTIS, close it, and re-open it to confirm the activation worked
