@@GUNMENusa love the videos man! I did want to mention though that shooting low left like your friend Austin was doing is a telltale sign of recoil anticipation. An easy tool to recognize this is loading a snap cap in the mag and watching for the dip down when it doesnt go off. Keep up the amazing content!

I have the SLR magwell & I like it. You've probably noticed the "lip" or "shelf" inside where it meets the grip. I took the dremel to it, at low speed, and leveled it right out. Man what a difference.

hey, I ordered this magwell for my gen 4 glock 19 and my stock magazine wont fit, due to that lip. Yet its advertised that it does on their site? Is this a known issue? I will calling soon to figure it out...

Just something I’d like to share: your fun is only as reliable as its magazines. And this is why I buy Glock. Everyone has a friend with a Glock. Every store sells Glock magazines. They’re simple. They are easy to load. They’re arguably the most proven and reliable magazines in the world. And they are affordable. Go buy 10 magazines for a HK VP9. That’s $500… You can get 10 Glock mags for under $200. $120 if you go with Magpul.

I recently picked up a Glock 45 after doing some shooting with my 34 while instructing. The idea was that the slide tracked faster with a red dot. I get the idea with the 43x but it is not much slimmer at all and the slide is about 26 length. So there you go make a 17 frame with a 26 slide and be done with it.

When I have right hand students shooting low left I tell them that they’re pushing, if they were pulling, it would go low right. Flatten your finger and pull straight back 💪🏾

THIS is my kinda review. I refuse to trust someone’s word unless they’re loved with and thoroughly used something. Other reviews I’d argue are more so a features breakdown and unboxing. Lots of info you learned from trial and error. I didn’t know T1C had mag holsters that click. Didn’t think there was better options than shock chord.

Great vid! As feedback I would say the position of the cameraman when he was shooting (12:44), specially him being new, made me feel anxious. If you are going to shoot a shooter from the front, please leave the camera by itself. You know, safety first.

I think that a G32 running 180 grain 357 SIGs could be fun with a can. 442 ft/lbs for 180 grain at 1050 fps vs 297ish ft/lbs for 147 grains at 950 fps. It could be a thing. Still could use the 9mm can. You'd be down one round for capacity.

That's goon tape or hockey tape. I started using it instead of talon grip about a year ago. Works great for grip when warm and swear absorption

I had the EXACT same issue with the mag catch from HYVE - I've been debating to keep the OEM or try re-installing the extended mag catch. So glad I found your video to confirm my same reliability issues. Its a HUUUUGE problem - HYVE should consider taking off the shelves. This is clearly marketed to Glock owners.

I think it would be different if shield arms made their steel mags for the 19 like they did the 43x. I'd be really interested in that and the increased capacity. Otherwise, yeah I'd avoid metal mag releases in the mean time

@@anthonyjimenez9725 I had been carrying the Hyve extended mag release on my CCW for about 1 month before I made it out to the range. First shot i fired my mag drops to the floor. I was stunned but shook it off place my mag back in. Fired 2, 3 - each time mag falls out. RSO walks over looks at my G19 and hands it back and told me to take off the extended mag release. Glad I finally made it out to the range, or I could have really been in a bad spot had I needed it to save my life. Running OEM mag release with OEM mags. I’ve heard mixed reviews on shield mags.
