Metal heavy ( play on heavy metal and reference to Karen, as she is made of metal and heavy, calling her fat as well) 5. metal heavy .... way that knot slip ( they could tell Karen was heavy casue of how the knot slipped, when they hung her) 6. mosh pit( common sight at a heavy metal concert. a group of people agressively smashing into each other) 7.
