TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson has opened up about the brain fog she experienced with the menopause: “Perhaps most urgent was my forgetfulness and absent-mindedness. Normally as sharp as a tack, someone who took pride in remembering things when other people’s faces were vacant, I suddenly found it hard to recall all manner of things.”
