Currently bedridden fighting for my life I'm only 44yr old. I wish I had a time machine I have so many regrets... Never take your health for granted it's truly all u have. U don't realize all the little things we as humans take for granted every day until u can't bathe without help, shave your legs, eat etc... I know it all sounds stupid but life is short don't take a minute for granted...all my love to this song for personal reasons...

In the days when you consumed what is dead, you made it what is alive. When you come to dwell in the light, what will you do? On the day when you were one you became two. Listening to this music leads me back to a time that youth today missed out on. I'm 67 now, and I relate to this awesome sound track. Remembering when these songs first came out. Oh, where the time goes! I think it was a time of fewer distractions. People talked and socialized face to face. We where smarter without a smart phone! I have an awesome & stunning wife for the past 40 yrs. We have 7 adult children and 5 grandchildren, which is priceless. I'm very fortunate we are all in great health! Plus to have achieved a financial level I never dreamed was possible. It sure helps with this large family.😊 I am grateful to have obtained the American Dream before it disappeared! It's amazing to be so blessed!

Yeah no, that's very predictable from the plot perspective. Realistically, we would want to make the story as grey as possible but still retain that "good vs evil" vibe like Watchmen--where the "bad guy" (Ozymandias) has a very good intention that makes him a properly written "villain"--a morally grey character.

Ella se fue de este plano hace 22 años pero cuando veo estas películas siento que tengo nuevamente 5 años y que ella las está viendo en nuestra pequeña tele y la siento cerca, así ha sido por todos estos años y ha sido muy bello. The 80's were neither innocent nor pure, anymore than the 2020's are. But pop culture certainly did its best to portray them as such. I suppose that is the real difference between then and now. Today's pop culture has given up on trying to maintain the illusion of innocence and purity. Jaded and cynical is the new normal.

This is the first movie that made me cry. That's a rare thing to happen when I watch something. But this movie did it. If I had to describe it with a word, it would be passion. The soundtrack is made with passion. The characters are memorable and none of them is truly evil. They were made with passion. The story is great, and overall, the people in charge of this movie had passion for the first, and this is one of the best movies in history. I know I will sound like Johnny when I say this, but the 80's was the best time for movies. We had movies like Return of the Jedi, this masterpiece of a movie called Karate Kid 2 and many more.

lvitela24 no they won’t. This song was a classic in the 90s and 2000s. There are 2000s films that are classics but the soundtracks were fairly bland. Even the remade films with the same composers have lazy soundtracks. Compare the Lion King original to the new one. If you want to hear what a good update sounds like play the broadway version. I’d only heard the broadway version last month so it’s not nostalgia or anything. Perhaps we’re too saturated or diluted now but artists put more effort into movie and even cartoon songs back then. The dude that sang duck tales is still a beast, he did tekken 5’s op too. Even forgotten toons like Denver the last dinosaur, dinosaucers and widget the world watcher had boss OPs (there were a lot of cartoons about dinosaurs, aliens or both in the 80s/90s) Now unless it’s coming out of Japan you aren’t going to hear anything a memorable as TMNT, Ghostbusters, etc in toons & or movies. who has memorable theme songs now?
