Great vlog G! Very descriptive of the interior and exterior of the Super Voyagers. I will certainly miss seeing these trains on the rail network. I saw one last week whilst i was waiting for my train home and what a beast they are. They make a lot of noise. Can't wait to learn more train related dances from you next time.

Love the sound! And, it's one of the only high speed DEMUS in the UK. The other being the class 180. (Which you should travel on before they get taken out of service.)

Great video. I saw 221101 yesterday when I was arriving into Birmingham New Street. Also saw another refurbished 221 as well today also at Birmingham New Street.

I’ve been on that super voyager, i’ve also noticed 390112 has now got Avanti livery and I’ve seen more Pendos in the green Avanti livery in Birmingham

awesome review i have a soft spot for yoyagers too my first experience was in 2002 when virgin ran cross country i travelled from Reading all the way to preston to spend my hols with my grandparents than rode voyagers each year on the same route until 2005 than i started doing day trips between reading and southampton/bournemouth than in 2015 i started travelling north again with cross country between reading and wolverhampton to connect with a virging pendo for the leg to preston than in 2018 & 2019 i did Reading to Manchester on a voyager than northan to preston this year i was looking forewared to travelling from Reading to Newcastle on a voyager but that didnt happen because of covid hopefully i can do it next year anyway plz have a ride on cross countrys voyagers and see the difference

Such a dull seating moquette. With the rich colours in their branding (especially on pendolino livery), avanti could have really made the new interiors of their trains feel bold, opulent, warm, vibrant, and above all, exciting. I hope they build on the design for the pendolinos.

Great video and love the interior refurb but the outside of the Avanti trains is so drab. After the striking Virgin livery they've gone complete opposite. Plus what kind of name is Avanti!
