1. Start with a clean, washed face 2. Steam your face for 5-6 mins 3. Milk (raw or boiled) about 3 tsp + 1 tsp glycerine, apply in circular motions with a cotton pad 4. 2 tsp Masoor (red lentil) flour (very fine) + 2 tsp besan (gram flour) + 1 tsp glycerine + 1 to 3 tsp rosewater (to make a slightly thick paste) and scrub gently but continuously onto your face to exfoliate for 10 to 15 mins 5. 1 tbsp rice flour (very fine) + 1tbsp milk powder + 1tsp lemon oil OR almond oil + 1 tsp honey + 1/2 tsp aloe vera gel + approx 1 tbsp rosewater - combine all ingredients to make a mask and leave on for 15 to 20 mins and then wash off.
