So if you happen to accidentally drop some on yourself, it'll instantly become gas and form a layer between you and the liquid nitrogen, so you won't get frostbite, unless you keep pouring and you lower the temperature of your skin enough

@@mintw4241 Why, you can even dip your hand in liquid nitrogen, if you do not keep them in the vessel for too long. The Leidenfrost effect will protect the hands. Well, it works as long as you do not have really hairy hands.
