I remember seeing the original glowmoth fight, back when it was a part of Ultranium. It was not nearly as good as what we got from SOTS of course, but it is still interesting to see how the fight has evolved.

Make sure to defeat this boss BEFORE EYE OF CTHULHU. It will give you pretty op accessory at 100% chance. (Otherwise the drop rate will be 5%.)

Also, while this mod is enabled, defeat queen bee before EoC for the same reason.

Fun Fact: the Glowmoth is used with permission from the eternally scrapped Ultranium mod

I'm glad to hear that a remnent of it survived and got implemented into this mod. While far from perfect Ultranium had quite decent content, along with a pretty unique secret for the time. Sad that it's been discontinued

I like moth, those attacks look really fun to dodge, especially the lines (which funnily enough remind me of the polarities). The only thing I wish this boss did was feel like a living being and show some presonality. Maybe i think this bc i’ve recently re-played mod of redemption and almost every boss feels like a character. Nevertheless they did a great job. Also, treasures of ruin theme!

I personally love bosses with more personality and character, though I generally don't expect mods to do that on a larger scale with their bosses. This fight feels fine enough without being super expressive, given it is a weird moth critter underground with the mind of a beast.
