As a skincare nerd, I would like to inform people a little bit more about these serums so you dont wreck your skin. Firstly, do not ignore the percentages mentioned in every serum. I will explain a little bit more why each percentange is important. Starting with Vitamin C. Vitamin C is a serum that you can use no matter what kind of skin type you have. But you have to be extremely careful with it because the formulation is very unstable. It can go bad pretty quickly from exposure to sunlight and oxygen, so you have to store it properly. Most vitamin C serums are a clear or light yellow color, and you'll know it's gone bad if the color changes to a dark yellow or brown. As for the percentage, anything below 10% is not gonna give you results. If you have sensitive skin I would recommend opting for a 10% vitamin C serum, but if your skin is normal, you can absolutely go for a 20% formulation too. Anything above 20% will inflame your skin. Also, Vitmain C does not cause photosensitivity i.e. it does not make you more prone to burning your skin so you can comfortably use it even in sunny settings. It actually helps to fight off UVA and UVB rays when paired with a good sunscreen. For hyaluronic acid, if youre someone who uses a lot of skincare, you probably dont need a dedicated hyaluronic acid serum. Check the labels of your products, most of them will have "sodium hyaluronate" as an ingredient which is simply hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid provides moisture to the skin, but TOO much moisture can also damage it. So, if many of your products have "sodium hyaluronate", its better to skip it in a dedicated serum form. Contrary to what Mahnoor said in the video, you can absolutely use retinol if you're under the age of 22. But you have to have a good reason for it. If you have normal skin with just a few breakouts, i would highly discourage you from trying out retinol as it will just unnecessarily sensitize your skin. If you, however, have a genuine acne problem, then retinol is actually a very common product dermatologists prescribe for prolonged, intense acne. So you can use retinol if you have an issue like this. Just pay attention to the percentage. Retinol can be anywhere from 0.2% to 2%. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS start off with a weaker percentaage for retinol as your skin needs time to adjust to it. The company advertised in this video does not provide a percentage for their retinol serum so that makes me feel a bit iffy. Opt for a retinol that has a percentage and start with 0.2 to 0.5%, and start by using it 2 days a week to gradually build your skin's tolerance to it. Eventually, you can start using it everyday. Dont use it in the daytime as sunlight actually deactivates retinol. Plus, retinol makes you photosensitive. Use it at night only and make sure to apply sunscreen the next day. Do not use acids like salicylic acid everyday either. These acids exfoliate your skin and overexfoliation can make it sensitive, raw, and damaged. Stick to using it maximum thrice a week. Finally, be aware of the kinds of products and serums youre mixing. You cannot use retinol with any AHA, for example. You can't use two actives e.g. retinol and salicylic acid in the same routine. You cant use vitamin c and niacinamide together as they cancel each other out. So make sure to do your research about what you can and cant use with your products

But they send glutathione serum instead and now when i asked them to change it, since it was there mistake.
