They look like the regular Crafters Square wood cubed, just painted gold. I think that's what she did with the dowels as well.

Dollar tree sells the wood cubes and then u can paint them. They also sell the sticks

Few things look amazing until they started decorating with blue spray painting the glass decore then the blue bins not a fan looks cheap, tacky, and old school... just my opinion
