I knew that the Great Stuff gap filling foam was super tough adhesive for foamies, but am glad to see that the window/door Stuff is tough, too. It is a whole lot less messy, but gloves are still recommended.

Gloves and respirators sure are helpful. I like the window/door great stuff because it has a lower expansion pressure to prevent bowing.

This is excellent! I'm working through ideas for a foamie PMF bike camper... Are you using any wood supports or just foam?

Very cool idea! We did not use any additional support in ours since the strength comes from the laminated and shiplapped XPS layers

Did you put weight on them as the foam was drying? Did you do anything else to help the spray foam cure, other than what was mentioned in video?

Hello Tim, I did try to evening apply weight with heavy objects to press on the panels as they cured. I used the low-expansion pressure foam, applied to the panels after wiping them with alcohol and rolling a carpet roller over them. They seem to have held really well. It's been about a year and a half since full assembly and the panels are still well laminated.
