@@glyjwanderlust119 thanks lods though I love my tan color as well but too much exposure to the sun is also not healthy for the skin. Too much Sun exposure can lead to skin cancer especially now when the UV rays are too strong we must protect ourselves. Thank u!

I just wanted to ask if you can take all of the supplements that you mentioned in your video and still take like hormone replacement therapy and take other meds regarding mental health? Way back 2017 when I was in UAE I tried SOLGAR Glutathione,1st time to use Glutathione, its good and removed all pimples allergy from chicken, but its always out of stock so I change to NOW, yan lang ang common na mabibili sa mga mall pharmacy sa UAE, for me alternate use of solgar and now is ok.

@@JeramieSaito Yes it is gave glowing skin, in my case it takes 3 months to removed severe dark spots, Glutathione brand is case to case basis (hiyang) for me it's good, SOLGAR and NOW, the only issue in SOLGAR is price.

Hi sister in my experience yes glutathione is more effective when taken with fish oil or vitamin C. And for people with brown skin it might take a while and I have a separate video on the this it ow called the 8 mistakes when taking glutathione please watch that video

No it’s not enough. You need to take 2000mg or above per day to get the nest results . Or it will be wasted

ohh sorry to hear that I did not notice these side effects and please remember that glutathione supplements from the US are more potent and they are in their reduced form so its stronger its better to start with a lower dosage or just take it every other day and see how ur body reacts
