Hello, everyone!
Today I'm showing you one of my favorite recipes from my childhood - The Home Friend. I found out that it is also known as Lady's whim. It doesn't matter what it's called, the important thing is that it's very easy and delicious.
A lady's whim
The housemate
2 eggs
1/2 tsp yogurt
1/4 tsp oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
vanilla
1/2 tsp sugar
raspberry or strawberry jam
1 tsp gluten-free flour - I use this from Lidl
Beat the 2 yolks with the sugar. Add the oil/butter, yogurt and finally the flour with the baking powder and vanilla.
Swamps are baked.
It is spread after cooling with raspberry or strawberry jam.
Beat the 2 egg whites with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla until very stiff.
Decorate the cake with the beaten egg whites and caramelize with a burner or in the oven.
