Just a little PSA: All distilled spirits are gluten free (unless aged in beer barrel or like). It's a common misconception that vodka made from wheat has gluten but it's been fully removed in the distillation process. Source: I used to work for a vodka distillery and we tested our spirits made from wheat for gluten and they were free from it in the finished product! My husband also has celiac and can safely drink all distilled spirits like Bourbon, rye and vodka.
