it still really broken , you just have to do nothing in lane farm and you instant win . personnaly i take tp and go full scaling rune , starting cull and just last hit do nothing , rushing 2 items , gg wp. I got D4 only doing this xd. And im very bad at the game . I run tp just so if i die in lane i dont miss any cs
