1000% agree. You look at the final production. It's a standard Corvette, you look at this one, it looks, truly like the shape of a stingray. The back fenders make up the fins, the back part slightly behind make the tail. WHY CORVETTE, WHY?

The thing I love about this car is that alot of other manufacturers like BMW are going for more of a lamborghini and ferrari look to their newer models but the corvette maintains the same general look that the corvette has always had, just more modern and totally badass.

This car has a great profile and the exhaust intergrated into the rear fascia is perfect and completes to look. Excellent design by Corvette.

If you look back on Corvette concepts over the decades, you'll see amazing designs (1986 indy corvette concept was crazy for its time). The company is just too stupid to NOT make them. If they did, more of the world would've taken them seriously and then buy more corvettes in future. Sadly, penny pinching old geezers shut down all the cool concepts. They just thought about selling cheap stuff for more profit. Oh well. 🤷‍♂️At least the c8 Corvette is doing good, but the design is still bleh. They could've made the C8 look like the 2009 Corvette concept, but they were dumb and used a 458 to base it 0n.🙄

Side swipes exhaust note was that of a V12. It sounded lovely. Probably the same engine that was in the other concept car GM had the cadillac Cien.

@Oteyopn electric motors can act as a turbo would, giving an extra boost at certain points (WOT for example). Mitsubishi did it with some model of the eclypse.

@smyeisright watch the vid again there are 4 lights in the back, and as for the doors and hood this is a prototype im sure that you can close them yourself but then again i wouldent want to lift that hood by myself if its as heavy as it looks. for the exhaust it looks fine it fits the tone of the design and it functions. thats all that really matters

This thing looks way better than any other Corvette out there, bar none. Who cares that it's a hybrid. I think it's icing on the cake! I'm glad that it doesn't sound like a hybrid, look like a Prius, and it's not slow like most hybrids. That's all that matters. Go fast, look cool, sound good, and burn less gas while doing so. I dig it.

look, people of the internet, this is a future car, whether you like it or not, this is what the future cars will look like. Look at the cars from 50 years ago to now, a HUGE difference. Im pretty sure 30 years from now those cars will look completely different from the cars we drive today. Accept the change people.

@FadyKhayyat i'm sure you can close them faster this automatic i saw on a lambo before you can make em snut down faster by using your hands and they will go fast and then stop before hitting the car and then go "shut" hidraulic sorry for my english
