This is very instructive. I'm on a winning streak now in bullet chess because I've always underestimated just how much we blunder in this time control and how badly. Now I don't try to find some complicated combination or analyze who has more active pieces or what is my opponent planning on doing. Nothing complicated at all. Just relax and wait for your opponent to do something really dumb. And try to avoid making huge blunders myself.
