I love this build I’m building a ford 3.8 right now in a mustang I want to swap that in a 2 door explorer later down the road and have the ford version of this.

This particular engine came supercharged from the factory in a 1997 Riviera, so it was easier just to leave it that way

That thing would've been cool with a 350. It looks great but it being a stock power engine kinda sucks imo. But it still looks nice

@@Jonboy997 i think the biggest engine available in these in 85 was a 2.8 v6 making a whopping 110hp, so any swap really is an improvement. I have an 85 s10 with a small block Chevy so i agree about that being the best overall value for a swap

@@Jonboy997that’s probably what the owner was hinting at by getting flak for the engine. The Buick 3800 is pretty capable 300hp is just slapping a supercharger on top and calling it a day it has a lot of room to work. Yes there’s better options but the route he chose was unique and you have to appreciate that.
