@@gabor.nadudvari well Anna once mentioned that her playstyle is more influenced by her dad (aggressive/tactical) than her mom (calm/positional) so I think it makes sense that Juan enjoys the cow opening more than Pia does :)

@@davidmellish3295 youtube gives you less money for long videos if people don't watch them whole... here is probably where she posts the streams so that we can watch them; on the main channel she has the videos specially designed for youtube. My take is that is Pia herself who asked Anna to post this video here and not in the main channel so less people watch her play the cow😂

Cow opening is a surprise, it prevents pinnings of the white knights, it provokes h5 and a5 in the early stages of the opening- defence, which are considered dubious moves (except for Carlson), I think it needs more researching.

You asked once about what you should call the first variation of the Cow. It definitely should be called the Udder Cow. (Udder is how some people pronounce other; and it also means the mammary gland of a cow. The cow's udder.

I enjoyed your interaction with your mom. She wants so badly to say something nice about the Cow Opening, but she doesn't want to lie. It's great that you can share chess with both of your parents. Can you please do a video with you and your mom playing against Stockfish? I know there's no chance of winning but I am so curious to see how a great chess player will approach the game and how they would analyze some of the strange moves the bot will play. Also would be interesting to see if you'd be able to make sense of these moves at the end as you analyze the game, and whether some ideas can actually be applied in real life games. Videos featuring your mom are the best! Keep them coming :)

12:24 it's okay, Anna. I LOVE my knights on B3 and G3. People are so-un-used to what comes next, and it's an idea from the London to trade a minor piece on those squares to open-up the rook. The Cramling Cow is a great opening.
