Robin Roberts dressed as Dominique Deveraux, Ginger Zee as a "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle," George Stephanopoulos as Alex P. Keaton, and the rest of the "GMA" family paid tribute to the 80s.

Omgggg I loved Dynasty. Good job Robin as Dominique Deveraux!! All did a great job on their costumes! I loved growing up in the 80's...where we actually talked face to face, played outside all day, had talent shows, dances, and sleepovers!!

I wouldn't consider saved by the bell 80s it aired 4 months before the 90s. But the mr. T costume and peg bundy was perfect 👍

@@blackgirlprepper8218 Married with Children debuted in 1987 so it can be considered '80s. But Saved By the Bell debuted in late 1989 and is definitely more a '90s show.

I agree with some of the commenters: a couple of these do technically overlap with the '80s but spent more time in the '90s and just FEEL more '90s: Saved by the Bell 1989-1993 Married with Children 1987-1997 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987--1996 also the Blondies song at the beginning "Call Me" feels like the disco '70s (recorded 1979, released 1980). I know this is all for fun and I enjoyed it! I just wanted to get that off my chest haha Also, loved how in character Robin Roberts was! And loved the Love Boaters yasss. Great hosting by Sam Champion/Blake Blaze!

Not everybody wore leg warmers in 80s??? I can recall seeing girls wearing them between 1982 thur 1984??? By 1985 they wear done....and not everyone wore gym clothes too ..80s had a array of different styles and NICE looking too.. I think people these days overaggerate ???? I know this cause I grew up in the 1980s.

Some of these characters are NOT necessarily from the 1980s. One is from the 70s (The Love Boat) and a couple are from the early 90s.

I agree. I don't consider married with Children and Saved by the Bell from the 80s even though they started in the late 80s. Family Ties definitely fits The A-Team fits Unfortunately they probably couldn't talk about The Cosby Show. What about Punky Brewster? What about the Chipmunks? What about the Muppet Babies?
