Especially brave of her because Hollywood has a "use by date" for women🙁 Wished woman talked about it more, its valuable knowledge to have, but is rarely talked about. There should be no need to hide it or feel ashamed about it. Getting older is part of life and doesnt make a woman less womanly.

Menopause is more then hot flashes, it's bone loss and brain loss and joint pain and weight gain and heart attacks and strokes and much more. This is why it's super important that we talk about menopause and advocate for treatments.

Older women are respected, and celebrated society. Hollywood discards women after a certain age because they think the only worth a woman has is sexually. Older women contribute a lot to their families and communities. She feels this way because she is apart of Hollywood culture that she also promotes.

You don't have to deal with Menopause!! Its the 21 century they are so many treatments & supplements out there to delay it! We already go through periods, painful child births! 😰😩 I am not suffering one more second as a woman!!😒

Im perimenapausal and meditation helped with anxiety and sleep disturbance. Hot flashes are starting but they're not horrible. Glad more women are talking about it.

These people in the Acting world don’t seem to understand that! It’s difficult & different for all Women.. I’m 67 and I embrace my age so she’s not saying anything different from what we Women know.. its nice to share each of us has our own difficulties and what ever works for you and we all know Exercise is one and what you eat is another #diet ❤

She said, "If men suffered from menopause they would have ended it by now and you know it's true". That's a clear admittance that she needs a man. Women need men. Otherwise, why haven't all the women doctors solved their own menopause problem? Did she just admit that men are better at something than women? Hope she doesn't get cancelled. LOL
