To Sec REX, I am personally against that policy because once you start to feed the unfortunate starving people, they will definitely 100% will depend on you or on the government because they are pretty much sure that they will not starve anymore!?!? But if you will say that you will make them learn or you will teach them by giving them the opportunity to work in a small-scale job or business it will be better for them, because at the same time, they will be a part of society and they will become responsible citizens of our nation. Sir, let us always think of the proverb or the saying..."Teach them how to catch the fish, don't just give them the fish!"...Come on, they will never act or behave to have the courage to live with a positive way of thinking anymore because they're confident that the government will support them on their daily foods.
