Black Coffee, Green Tea and Pagbibilad sa Morning Sun lang with Pagdadasal/Pagbabasa ng Bible ang nagpapatanggal ng Depression at Anxieties ko :) Kaya mong i-overcome yan Heart, God bless you!

May frustration sa buhay, feeling ko may problem sha na di niya macommunicate...minsan hindi natin makuha ang gusto natin, hindi ibig sabihin youre rich, you will not have any fruatrations in life. She knows whats inside and she will be d one to understand her depression. God bless, talk to God your problems.

At hindi ko ikinahihiya na myroon akong depression at anxiety. Pero masasabi ko sa aking sarili na nakaya ko pala ang lahat. Tiwala lang kay papa God.

Sa palagay ko kaya si Miss Love Marie Escudero nagka Anxiety una dahil nawala yung kanyang twins , LDR nila ni Gov. Chiz at saka nawala rin ang kanyang alagang aso . Lagi mo lang isipin Miss Heart yung mga taong nagmamahal syo sa paligid mo asawa at mga anak mo at mga kaibigan at fan mo. at ang importante wala kang inaaway na tao at laging magdarasal.Jesus is with you always Miss Heart.Godbless!

She is a good person... Di Lang sya naintindihan ng iba . Inggit Lang sila sau.. Ganyan tlga mga taon a di masaya sa buhay naninira.. I feel the same . Lalo sa work ko na mrmi negative people.. sa una pwede iignore pero sa huli di nakkatuwa I absorbed al of the stress too..That’s why I need to make myself busy...

You're not alone...I'm a Registered Nurse and suffered depression and anxiety for a decade...was on antidepressants but I was able to overcome and have stopped taking antidepressants with the help of the Almighty God...I did fervent prayers....I still have episodes but I can handle now...only God helps. I hope you overcome too...

These are one of the reasons that proved Heart is such an amazing and inspiring person, I look up to. There are those bashers and people who doesn't know better in their lives who put others like her into so much distress, constantly criticizing everything. I don't quite get what could they gain from this that they keep on doing and doing it again, superiority complex maybe? And yet, all of these things she face, she stood strong, and she proved the world better. Also, I hope that the people who have been aided by Heart or who is asking for her help during this pandemic, please don't demand so much and be very thankful, because from what I can see, some are getting to the point of abusing her help, SHE IS NOT A BANK GUYS! Know this. I got soooo teared up by this because behind all these great things we see from her, that beautiful facade, she was experiencing all of these and that is just so sad from someone who look up to her. If only I could give her a great big hug :( even so will continue to support her always and would alwayss pray that she would snag that role next time if there would be a sequel or a crazy rich asian 2 movie haha
